Free Digital Planner 2026 designed by me, ready to use with GoodNotes or PDF. Simple, aesthetic, and free to download.
I don’t think my planner is anything fancy, but I still want to share my Free Digital Planner 2026 with you. You can use this planner on your iPad with note-taking apps like GoodNotes, just like I do.
Since switching to iPad, I’ve completely moved away from traditional paper planners. Digital planning simply feels more flexible and less cluttered. Back in 2022, I came across a Korean creator who shared a planner template that fit my taste perfectly. The only downside was that she designed it for one year only, then changed the layout in later versions.
I liked the old version so much that I decided to recreate a similar planner for my own use, following her general idea and tutorials. And somehow, I’ve been using and updating my own digital planner for four years now.
Designing a digital planner isn’t hard, but it’s definitely time-consuming. Even though I reuse the same base file each year and only make small edits, it still takes more time than I expect. Part of that is probably because I’m not a professional designer.
Because of that, I only created one color version this time – a soft purple theme. I hope you’ll enjoy this Free Digital Planner 2026 as much as I do.
CONTENTS:
What’s inside my Free Digital Planner 2026?
This planner was originally made for my personal use, so the layout is simple and practical. It includes:
-
Monthly overview pages.
-
Weekly planning pages.
-
Habit tracking pages.
-
Free notes for anything you want.
I chose a dashed grid paper style, which happens to be my favorite. I use this kind of layout everywhere, whether it’s a physical notebook or a digital one.
The planner also comes with hyperlinks, so you can jump between sections easily. Using it feels just like flipping through a normal planner, only faster and cleaner.
Make it your own with stickers
If you like decorating your planner, adding stickers makes a huge difference. I usually use stickers from Canva or collect free ones shared by Korean creators online.
Once you import stickers into GoodNotes, you can reuse them anytime. If you enjoy aesthetic planning, this part is honestly half the fun.

Final thoughts
I’m sure this planner still has small mistakes hiding somewhere. Every year, I end up noticing tiny issues only after using it for a while, like a wrong hyperlink or an incorrect date. It’s not perfect, and it probably never will be.
But I genuinely hope this Free Digital Planner 2026 adds a little color and structure to your year.
If it helps you plan your days more gently, then sharing it is already worth it.
